Using this website

This website is run by BEZI. Everything on it, including our name, logo, photos and text, belongs to us or is used with permission. Please don't copy it without asking.

We work hard to keep listings accurate, but details, availability and prices can change and mistakes can happen. A listing is an invitation to talk to us, not a binding offer. Nothing is sold until we've both agreed the deal.

Buying from us

• Every watch is checked and authenticated by us before sale, and comes with a BEZI certificate of authenticity.
• The price, condition, what's included (box, papers, extras) and any warranty are confirmed in writing before you pay.
• A watch is only reserved once we've confirmed it and agreed any deposit with you.
• Ownership passes to you once we've received payment in full. We may ask for identification, as UK law requires.
• If a watch we sold you turns out not to be genuine, we'll give you your money back.

Selling or trading with us

• Any offer we make is subject to us inspecting the watch in person.
• You must own the watch and have the right to sell it. We'll ask for identification and may ask for proof of purchase.
• We pay by bank transfer once the checks are complete.

Your legal rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If you buy without visiting us in person, you may also have a right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations. We'll explain this when it applies.
